Even my offical official faa copy does not list the contraction.I guessed along with everybody else that since it was in the runway remarks section it was touch and goes.I wonder if the Brits use "circuits" in the remarks sections.I have always thought the stuff should be simple English rather than all the contractions.Back in the day of teletypes it would have made sense to reduce the number of characters but now it just seems silly.
