what does the fact that TNCM is used alot have to do with whether or not he should upload or not?

POSKY ALL THE WAY It needs a bit more time... I still didn't crop up the right fuse and i need to add logos on engines....And winglets....and maybe some more pics on Airliners.net to see small details.
