Hey everyone,
After settling in my new uni life, I've been able to do some designing, and I thought I would post some progress on the site for all to see! I have been working closely with a good friend of mine and I have decided to join and help his scenery design group and put my LCY project under the new Scenicworx name. Don't worry, it'll still be freeware, and it'll still be above all excellent !
You can visit the website at www.scenicworx.com!

You can see more preview images HERE!

Some things I have updated:

- added high-resolution grass layer
- refined the grass bordering the runway and taxiways
- settled on a final highly accurate tiling of the apron and runway
- fully textured the terminal, day and night
- modeled the firetruck building (in blue)
- fixed bugs with the fuel trucks and bridge

Anyways, here are some shots:

Looks a lot better than Gary Summons' rendition :D

Do you have any other small UK airports on your list after this, or can I suggest one?

Well, on the Scenicworx schedule the next project is Nassau International Airport in the Bahamas. Unfortunately no UK airport soon   !

Thanks for all the comments guys! Yup the airport is raised off the water, and thats unique for this LCY scenery only! The grass was indeed hard to do, but its so much better and high-res than that of the 3rd preview   !
Unfortunately as much as I want to do every airport that there is, do I need to make a choice  , but you can look forward to Nassau Int'l. which is Scenicworx' next project, its also in the carribean area  :D !
