Description: FS Flight Ventures adds a sense of purpose to you Flight Simulator experience.

Instead of flying around randomly, this new expansion pack for Flight Simulator 2004 injects endless hours of adventurous and challenging flights to your computer sessions.

FS Flight Ventures is a set of more than 25 exciting missions that will have you rescuing sinking ships, aiding stranded skiers, saving lost animals, preventing disasters, and much more.

After you start Flight Simulator, you're automatically positoned at the defined starting location ready to go. Follow the briefing screen on the kneeboard and fly the mission.

None of the missions are alike. As the chief pilot you'll be asked to demonstrate your versatile flying skills. Good luck handling all of the varied assignments.

Pros:
Cons:

I can only see one reason for purchasing this and similar products, one which I fell into. You're new to FS2004 and after giving the default planes a go and going through some of the inbuilt flights you wanted some more depth - reasons to fly. So let me tell you spending good money on random flight plans with the 'reward' of a glimpse of a badly animated 2d cartoon is not the way to go.

If you want a reason to pick up FS2004 for a really rewarding experience set out to master a basic aircraft such as a Cessna 152/172, learn how to use the navigation radio's for VOR to VOR navigation and ILS landings around your local airfields. The thrill you'll get from doing these succesfully for the first time is a lot greater than that you'll get from seeing a 2d Loch Ness Monster in a bobble hat.
