I'd really like to try the US LCCs like JetBlue and Ted. So far I haven't gotten the chance though.
i wouldn't mind trying some of the other carries out of the usa.

since It's so hard to choose I have them ranked.

1 Jetblue
2 Southwest
3 Frontier
4 American
5 Delta

I've never been on Jetblue but they have alot of great IFE and great all economy seats and great reviews, then Southwest for good price best service and great on time performance and great Seats/space. Frontier has a nice IFE but supposedly Jetblue's is better considering they are going to incorporate WiFi internet access then American they are generally a nice airline then same with Delta as American but just not as good... This is based on my personal experiences and external experiences from other people and overall service of the airlines.

Here in Brasil between all the airliners i prefer GOL! But for International flights i can't really say because i never flow international, but everyone here says AA/BA/TAP/Iberia are good.

I have tried 4 of the 5 jetblue I have not, I have heard just as many bad things as you would about any other airline but their good things seem very worthwhile such as nice comfort with the seats/space/recline and also the IFE and WiFi Service is a big plus!

And yeah I really gotta change my sig I like TFK but that particular album turned out to not be very tasteful but I pretty much listen to tons of christian rock/heavy metal.

I think you'll be better off on the LCCs. I've heard great stuff about Ted, JetBlue, SWA and Frontier, and their prices are good.

Why do you need a PTV for a short haul flight? Why do you have to be entertained? Bring a PSP, Laptop, Personal DVD player or something.

:) you're complaining about luxury of our airlines and then you tell us to bring our own luxuries aboard? how does that work?

jetblue does many 3-5 hour flights anyways, PTV is nice to have on flights like that...

South African Airways Rock!

I wish someone could make a Re-paint for FS using this livery - it would look fanstastic on the PMDG 747
