thanks for the tip on the freeware I use fraps also but my FPS are not to bad you just need a good CPU and alot of memory.Thanks anyway I will try and give the new program a go.

Hi new member here thanks for the tip on the freeware I use fraps also but my FPS are not to bad you just need a good CPU and alot of memory.

Seriously I just can't even begin to understand how the bloody ###### any finds EVC better than FRAPS. FRAPS records smooth videos at game framerate, with no overlay, and all settings maxed even on my machine I get at least 12 FPS even in the most mountainous areas etc.
EVC I get one frame about every three seconds (not exaggerating) with all settings at lowest, and no matter which codec I use it comes out as a garbled mess. I can't start and stop it in-game like I can FRAPS. It creates an unprofessional overlay on your video. And every time I want to create a new video clip I have to change the filename of the destination file. In FRAPS I can make 200 odd short clips just while flying normally...
For your own sakes, keep to FRAPS.

i don't know what the heck you guys are talking about bit the frame rates are all set to checkerboards perfections but it just gets even less smoothe and waits about 20 seconds before the plkane moves at all!!!!!!

I keep getting an error. No matter what settings or how big or small the box I drag is, it sais "The exception integer dicision by zero."
Any ideas anyone? Checked the site, nothing on that. :/
