Okay, so this Easy Video thing I just downloaded .. well..  the first time I opened it I went to the hotkeys thing and changed them..  Now whenever I go to that section I get one of those Windows "Program not Responding" things where it tells me to close the program or report the problem...  That doesn't help me.

And then FRAPS..  frame rate is fine, however, it makes 400MB 30 second videos.

What is with that?  I've got no clue.  I recorded 4 videos, 30 second each (that's the limit with the trial, I'm not paying for anything to record videos like this!), and each was 400MB..

Maybe I just need to record with my digital camera or something LOL :D (I am NOT trying to make videos for this site)

Sorry, I don't buy it. All capture programs will lose you frames. Fraps is no worse than any other in that respect. Infact I'm perfectly happy with Fraps.  Admonishing people NOT to use FRAPS (in capital letters) is a bit galling unless you're gonna back it up with some hard facts. Otherwise it's just advertising spiel designed to knock a rival product.

Yeah, it takes a lot of CPU power to capture up to 30FPS from a game, even when not getting 30FPS on FS9 or FSX...Sorry to bring back an old topic tho, but still...No matter what, the only other alternate you have is print screening, copying, and pasting 30 pictures from FS in a second...good luck with that...

I'll still give some programs a try on my PC and see how they work...
