How can you hate an aircraft? :pointnlaf: My least favorite aircraft is the A350 though.

How can you hate an aircraft that hasn't even flown yet? They haven't even finished designing it?

You aren't a civilized person are you

 I don't like the A380  :censored: It is ugly, big, and cant even do barrel rolls

^^ Rubbish. They just haven't tried! :hilarious:

for me it has to be the MD-80, MD-81, 82, 83 and all them lot. They look stupid, and they are way too long for just two baby engines.

seriously, a loud plane the 727 was, with a size perhaps smaller than a 737 wit 3 engines.. worthless to me

i agree...my house is not far from the airport at all...if i wanted too i could walk to the airport fence within 5 - 10 minutes lol...anyways when the Purolator 727's takeoff the pictures on my walls vibrate and go mad..they're just way too loud....i can hear other planes like the Boeings and Airbus's but no other planes can vibrate the pics on my walls like a 727 lol

it was the best technology they had for when they made it, I have no clue why you aren't comparing it to other planes from that time

comparing 50 year old planes to 10 year old planes just doesn't work...

What is up with the Md-80/Dc-9/717/727 hating? IMO those are some of the most beautiful aircraft to ever fly the skies, gotta love the long-bodied T setup planes

The exterior renderings were released a long time ago, and the basics are already complete. And if it's bad to like or dislike aircraft that haven't flown yet, why did the 787 get 600+ orders before it even flew?

I guess its my opinion, but IMHO they are the ugliest  "to ever fly the skies" despite their technology and advantages compared to their competetors at their time. The 727 maybe kind of "better" looking than the MDs/DC9s/717s  .

rofl ok lets get rid of all of them, then see how much you hate them

I'm all for that.
you'd prefer to take 3 days to drive cross country in a little car over 4 hours in a 767, or 6 days in a ship to cross the atlantic over 7 hours in a 744? jeez not sure I get that logic :censored:

Or 2.5 hours in a Tomcat

The exterior renderings were released a long time ago, and the basics are already complete. And if it's bad to like or dislike aircraft that haven't flown yet, why did the 787 get 600+ orders before it even flew?
First of all, the renderings are just that... renderings. That's what the engineers think it will look like but since the design hasn't been frozen yet, all of those things are subjet to change. Just like the 787 - the first concepts included the shark tail but that has been changed for the final design. Basics complete? Do you work for Airbus? The design hasn't even been frozen yet, so nothing is really 'complete'. Also, the 787 hasn't even flown yet, so it might get more orders than that before it flies. And, nobody said it's bad to dislike an airplane before first flight, it's just personal opinion. But, how can you hate an airplane that hasn't even been designed yet? And about the 787 getting 600 orders, I'm sure airlines don't like or dislike it in the same sense we do. We like/dislike an airplane based on its looks while airlines do it based on the performance figures. So, airlines like the 787's performance figures but not nessecerally its looks (which I can't understand how anybody can dislike it, it's a beautiful aircraft). Regardless, I find your statements pretty hyprocritical. In one post you ask 'how can you hate an aircraft' and in the same post you state an aircraft you hate. And, I love how you always defend what you say by saying the 787 got XXX orders before first flight. It's very entertaining.

As for me, I don't really have a least favorite aircraft.

Hmm... Let's see. I really don't like Saab 340s since I find them to be too bumpy in flight. I'm not really a fan of the DC-9 either. They guzzle too much gas for what they carry. Not much life left in them.
