my first round results..
I7 950 ocd to 4ghz
1600mhz 12gb ram
diamond 5850 1GB ocd to 950/1187
Min 20
Max 65
Avg 42.404
running with anisotropic.. and set to full screen 1280 res as specified (on a single 24" screen for this test).

I should mention, these results are with a ton of addons installed, particularly the FTX ORBX addons.. which when i first ran this test, were set to "north america".. i'm going to rerun with it set to default FSX..
I have other things installed as well, some include:
REX 2.0 OD, GEX, UTX, FS Global 2010, FEX, etc.
I'm sure having these installed, will impact the final average as well.. I guess the only sure fire way to have a common average amongst everyone is to disable all but the default addons? (too tedious for me to do, unless there is a quicker way to toggle)?
Anyone with a sandy bridge 2600K tried this yet?

68.85 fps with FTX set to "default" rather than North America..

My updated results now that i have a 2600K with my old results listed:
*unless noted, i have FTX set to NA and REX is not running in the background (set to 4096 clouds) and I left widescreen set to yes but at 1280x1024 single screen;
*addons include FTX (PNW etc), ORBX, GEX, FEX, UTX, FSGlobal, REX, etc
i7 950 at 4ghz: 68 fps
i7 950 at 4ghz: 60.9 fps (with rex active and stormy weather)
i7 2600K at 4.7 ghz: 81 fps
i7 2600k at 5.0 ghz: 85.1 fps

Updating my previous numbers and clarifying..
These are with FTX set to DEFAULT FSX and REX not active, unless noted
i7 950 at 4ghz: 68 fps
i7 950 at 4ghz: 60.9 fps (with rex active and stormy weather)
i7 2600K at 4.6 ghz: 81.09 fps
i7 2600K at 4.6 ghz: 62.1 fps (with FTX set to NA and NO rex active)
i7 2600K at 4.7 ghz: 81 fps
i7 2600k at 5.0 ghz: 85.1 fps
