Yes. You'll probably find a rather nice long email in your inbox too after your rampage.
.walloped to be exact.

- Taking off without permission
- Crashing into other planes...
- Kept crashing over and over
???
oh... another one.... can you pretend that a plane's being hijacked or no?

No, but it makes me think if there has been individuals that have done this already

In the rules you read before you sign up I'm pretty sure it explicitly states that you cannot pretend to be hijacked.

You'll need to be rather sad to want to replicate a hijacking. & If you did, you would probably be IP banned and reported to your ISP probably. It's rather obvious you're thinking of trying it otherwise you wouldn't be asking. Use your head.
Sorry, I cannot help you at this time. Please go to www.vatsim.net/prc for more information.

For one thing, in light of 9/11 if there is any hint of potential criminal thought the ISP can and has reported more than a few customers with questionable behavior. That will get you a visit from the FBI and homeland security in short order, regardless of why you did it. See the hoaxster who got 6 months for one example: Online Threat Results In jail Time. Being that FS was used to train in the terror attacks, it would not take a big leap to get some serious questions from nice men in dark tactical outfits.
It really is a world where you can no longer joke about such stuff. If you don't believe me, keep up the questions :-)...

Anyways I bet a similar action would be taken if someone did pretend to be hijacked, or started doing things without premission

If you were flying in cruise and didn't respond after X number of minutes, I would make sure you were booted.
If you didn't reasonably respond during any other phase of flight (take-off, climb, descent, approach, etc), you would get booted. Same goes for fly-in traffic. The "X number of minutes" rule doesn't apply if you are being an immediate interference.
Squawking the hijack code will get you automatically booted.
Using the callsign of any of the 9/11-related flight on the anniversary will also traditionally get you suspended.
