Did you see the takeoff! :hrmm:   I guess the 787 Dreamliner doesnt go "Positive Rate, Gear Up"! LoL  Either that or those highly paid Boeing pilots forgot.

I am a little disappointed with the way the 787 landing gear hangs, I wish it hung more like a 777 or 747.  The rear tires on the bogies don't hang much. :hrmm:

But I love the attitude it lands at, simply superb!

Mostly all first flights won't retract the landing gear.  I've actually never seen one that has, albeit I'm sure it has happened.

Many first flights never raise the gear. If they do, it's always when the chase planes are in a good position to view it.
