I think he just wrote countries to escape from writing down all countries specified. No seriously, I get what you mean TND. I can add some to his idea:

For example if we choose France as a country, then we need to post a picture that associate to the country in question. How much associating it needs to be is up to you.

take a pic in russia, a russian plane, a plane wearing a rusian airline colours, rusian airforce.... is it that hard?
