number 5 got my vote...incredible piece of art....now currently in runners up position although i agree people should like it more than the other picture competing with it.

some of these have been edited. i may be wrong but i think that no.5 has the

moon of the film 'Gladiator' and then siloueted an fs plane in front of it

You are wrong, as has been stated already those are fs2002 moon textures off avsim.

No problem talking about edits this month - the new rule doesn't take effect until next month anyway. :D

How about atleast asking the owner of a particular shot to show how he/she managed to get that kind of shot? Like in the case of #12, I'd love to know how the moon is so big that close to the earth (since the plane has just taken off or is about to land).

Byron has the same moon texture that is used in 5 and 12. :D

Stars can be removed easily enough using FS Skyworld.
