Here's what I got after trying to add a "reflection" to the top of mine (like in Bradley's).

I'm not too sure how he did it so this was just a guess. How did you do yours, Bradley?

I think he did the same shape as yours, filled it white color and arranged its' layer above all the other layers, and finally reduced the opacity of the reflection layer(depends on your taste).

@Bell417: I'm not sure how many types of reflection you can make, one reflection I like is this one:

Yup  Exactly how I did mine

Bell417: You could use the pen tool to make some more "advanced" curves

What do you mean, draw it by hand? I use Paint.Net so what I did was draw a line, and then grab the nubs and move the line in to a curve. How does the "pen" tool work?

The pen tool (In photoshop) is a tool that you can use to make curves using anchors. Kinda how you made the nubs then made them into a curve

Haha, make sure you set your rounded rectangle angle radius to at least 15px(that's what I used anyways). I think that will fix the problem.

So just to get this straight - you made a tutorial on how to basically add a soft gradient to a rectangle and add some text?

This is not the point, if you have read my original post then you would know that this is a technique that could be basically applied to anything, not only signatures. This is just a general trend that have been common lately and as you can see a lot of people thought it's useful.

^ That is web 2.0. Not a box with a gradient.

You are right, that's a rectangle with a gradient! and I don't know if you are illiterate but I have included the same text reflection later on, plus why would someone put a badge(which I have made tens of but for personal use) on their signature? this is a forum's signature or some product ad.

Thanks for this. Somebody should make a guide as to the style of Web 2.0, that would be interesting.
