slow fps in airport with x800pro

But firstly, get some faster RAM. I don't think that DDR333 can cut it with an A64 3200+
Also, what AA and AF settings do you have on?

Did you do a fresh install of windows when you installed the card?
Have you installed the motherboard drivers?
How come you are using PC2700 ram with that processor as the ram runs at 166Mhz while the processor runs at 200Mhz.

i have aa 6x and af 16x, in fs2004 setings all max
i installed new windows in other hard drive and fs2004 and is the same 13-14fps, is too slow only in the airports or view the airports

Make sure the option for anti aliasing is unticked in flight sim.
Also what resolution are you running at?

To turn down the AA and AF go to the desktop and
right click>Properties>Settings tab>Advanced
there shold then be a tab called 3D. Try turning down the AA to 4X and AF to 8X.

and dx9 no have problems because is a new install of windows in the other hard drive, i checked in dxdiag,
and in my normal windows i have 1 problem qsaf.dll but is for multiplayer, its not important, i reinstalled DX9b and don't fix it

What are your voltages like, do you use a program to monitor them like MBM5 available from here:

Also have you checked your system for viruses, spyware, adware?
I use the following programs to keep my system clean.
Lavasoft Adaware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Nod32 Virus scanner.
