hi guys, just a question to everyone, are u gonna be a real pilot?, i mean are u gonna be a student pilot and continue the career?, just wanted to know how many of us gonna make it , about me unfortunatly i cant, coz i have weak sight(bad english i know), i wear glasses   , any way thank god there's FS .

You can still fly privately, if your vision can be corected 20/20 with glasses you can also fly commercially .

I am, Don't know where I'm goign to get the money from yet, but I will .

I aim to be a real pilot........ i am in the middle of takeing lessons, i am only 14 but by the time i am 17 i can apply for a PPL........ thank god i have my dad to pay for it!  

My dream job would be flying the 744 for Virgin Atlantic

I am pretty much in the same boat as VA101! I am currently taking lessons (graciously paid by my dad, but I am putting money towards it now) I aim to get my PPL when I am 17 and MAYBE move forward into the air force.

My dream is also to fly with Virgin Atlantic

I currently am a PVT Pilot. I worked with my parents to pay for it. I told them I didn't want them to cover the costs of something this expensive nor for something I love doing.

I also am in the process of moing from an airline ground crew to O'Hare ground crew.. lots of experience and lots of muscles :-)

I am soloing in two weeks and I want to be a commercial pilot, but im not sure yet. In a perfect life, I would like to be wealthy enough to buy my own GIV and fly that around... but I doubt that will happen

I want to be a commerical airline pilot and i have been for one lesson already at Fife (Glenrothes) Airport!!!

lol had a row yesterday with a 777air india pilot and Ops person... They already had a 12 hour delay but now to make it worse there slot was 8:05am but it was 8:05 and there was still 4000kg of fuel to go on... captain came down while the refueler and i was just having a chat me doing my final walk round checks came to me and started being aggressive saying common hurry up with the fuel... What was i ment to do make the fuel line bigger.. i just laughed when he said how long left cant you make it go in quicker... coming from a pilot id be scared!!! very scared!!!

air india first class is nice tho got its own boothes. tv. and a ps2!

i do my flying at EGBK sywell. currently logged 13 hours 47 mins
